- The Grave Measurements Should Be Given To The Committee Member by the Deceased Family Members.
- New burials cannot take place in the concreated area.
- A new burial space has been allocated in line. This will be discussed with the committee members in Pakistan by the deceased’s family.

Relevant information for the deceased Family to communicate to the Kamitee members
- Ring the members in Pakistan to inform of death
- Date and time of Janazah and Burial
- What is included part of the burial in Chak graveyard community as Sadqa Jaria:
- Digging of the grave ONLY
- Brick, cement and padstone used to build in inner grave, material cost needs to be paid by the deceased family.
- Any special arrangements example lighting, generator for late burial needs to be paid also by the deceased family and to be communicated.
